<description>This week i'm bringing you a Peruvian folktale called 'Chancay and the Secret of Fire'. It's set long, long ago, before the Spanish arrived, before the Inca ruled the land, and before humans knew about fire. Travel up mountians in a thunder storm, through valleys filled with spiders, snakes, and pumas, and intor the kingdom of the Sun and Moon as our hero Chancay tries to capture fire and bring it to his village. This reading of 'Chancay and the Secret of Fire' is based on the book of the same title by Donald Charles.
